Took in 2 sentimental pieces of jewellery (a bracelet to be resized and a necklace where the clasp had broken). The staff informed me of the price and why it was that price, the process of what they were going to do and a date to pick it up. Overall a wonderful experience with professional staff and great pricing.

Amazing service for ear piercing wouldn’t go any where else. Fantastic staff friendly and explained thoroughly what was happening and aftercare. Took my two girls there today to get their ears pierced. Friendly personal service. Everything was explained properly including the after care and the piercing process despite having a shop full of kids all getting the same on the last day of school. I always take my watches there for a battery change or repair.
